All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars, Virtuascape require payment before shipping any products.

Virtuascape ship Australia Wide via Australia Post Registered Mail or Courier. Most packages shipped this way will require that the supplied confirmation of receipt slip be signed and returned to Virtuascape, therefore the customer must be available to receive and sign for the package, if deliveries are returned to Virtuascape the customer is responsible for costs to re-ship, a business address is required for reliable delivery.

Customers sending their goods back to Virtuascape for warranty or repairs and upgrades take total responsibilty for the shipping of their goods. Any goods shipped by a customer which are lost or damaged are not the responsibilty of Virtuascape. Customers must make sure that the returned goods are properly packaged and padded and that adequate shipping insurance has been arranged for their goods.

Credit Card Payments via PayPal Secure Site.

By choosing the Credit Card Payment option you can make an online payment via PayPal's secure site, YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A MEMBER of PayPal to make a Credit Card Payment. Just follow the prompts at time of checkout to the PayPal secure server and choose the Credit Card option. You will receive a confirmation of payment transaction along with a receipt for paymet via email.

Direct Deposit

Direct Deposit Payment can be made via your Bank's secure payment site or by visiting your bank in person. Bank payment details will be emailed to you once you have placed an order, please allow 2 days for Direct Deposit payments to be processed prior to delivery.

Cash Payments can be made upon pre-arrangement with Virtuascape.
