Shipping:

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars, Virtuascape require full payment before shipping any products.
Virtuascape ship Australia Wide via Australia Post Registered mail. Should deliveries be returned to Virtuascape for whatever reason, the customer is responsible for costs to re-ship, a business address is required for reliable daytime delivery. Should you be unavailable to receive your package, Australia Post will deliver the package to the nearest local post office. A pickup slip will be left at your residence so please take this with you to the post office as proof of possession.
IMPORTANT: Customers sending their goods back to Virtuascape for warranty or repairs and upgrades take total responsibility for the shipping of their goods. Any goods shipped by a customer which are lost or damaged are not the responsibility of Virtuascape. Customers must make sure that the returned goods are properly packaged and padded and that adequate shipping insurance has been arranged for their goods.

Payment Methods:

Credit Card Payments via PayPal.
By choosing the Credit Card Payment option you can make an online payment via PayPal’s secure site, YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A MEMBER of PayPal to make a Credit Card Payment. Just follow the prompts at time of checkout to the PayPal secure server and choose the Credit Card option. You will receive a confirmation of payment transaction along with a receipt for payment via email.
PayPal:
For PayPal members you can logon to your PayPal account by following the prompts at time of checkout, you can then make payment using your PayPal account. You will receive a confirmation of payment transaction along with a receipt for payment via email.
IMPORTANT: Please check your PayPal delivery address is current.
Direct Deposit:
Direct Deposit Payment can be made via your Bank’s secure payment site or by visiting your bank in person. Bank payment details will be emailed to you once you have placed an order, please allow 2 days for Direct Deposit payments to be processed prior to delivery.
Cash Payment:
Cash Payments can be made upon pre-arrangement with Virtuascape.
Bank Cheques & Money Orders:
Bank Cheques & Money Orders are accepted upon pre-arrangement with Virtuascape, please allow 2 days for Bank Cheques to be processed prior to delivery.
